Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped or until 4 hours since the purchase have passed, whichever is earlier. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 4 hours. Full refund will be provided to you if you cancel the order within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. All sales are final after the 4 hour cancellation period has passed. There will be no exceptions.


We offer a replacement on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know on our live chat or email us at 

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

We do not provide the replacement if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

*We are happy to replace any product purchased from our store within 15 days of the original purchase after being received by the customer. Refunds can take up to 10-15 business for cancelled orders.
